Is the Aipan art authentic?
Yes! Every single piece is handcrafted by authentic artisans from the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. Our products carry the GI (Geographical Indication) tag assurance where applicable.
How do I clean my Aipan Chowki?
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe dust. Do not use wet cloth or harsh chemicals as it may damage the traditional natural colors or the protective coating. Keep away from direct prolonged sunlight to prevent fading.
Can I customize a design?
Absolutely! We love creating bespoke pieces. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your requirements, and our master artisans will create a custom piece for you. Custom orders typically take 10-15 days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
How can I track my order?
Since orders are placed securely via WhatsApp, you will receive all tracking updates and shipment details directly on WhatsApp. We keep you informed at every step until delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via UPI for a seamless and secure experience. Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
