Return Policy Overview
At AipanGirl, we take immense pride in our handcrafted products. Due to the artisanal nature of our goods, each piece is unique. We generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" to protect the livelihoods of our artisans. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.
When Can You Return?
Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Product arrived damaged or broken.
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Manufacturing defect (e.g., loose frame).
- Product significantly different from description.
Not Eligible
- Minor color/design variations (inherent to handmade).
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Items used or altered by the customer.
- Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery.
The Return Process
Report Issue
Email us at support@aipangirl.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and unboxing video/photos of the damaged item.
Verification
Our team will review your request within 24 hours. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
Pickup & Inspection
Pack the item securely. Once it reaches our warehouse, we will inspect it for the reported issue.
Refund/Replacement
Upon successful inspection, we will initiate a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
