Is the Aipan art authentic?
Yes! Every single piece is handcrafted by authentic artisans from the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. Our products carry the GI (Geographical Indication) tag assurance where applicable.
How do I clean my Aipan Chowki?
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe dust. Do not use wet cloth or harsh chemicals as it may damage the traditional natural colors or the protective coating. Keep away from direct prolonged sunlight to prevent fading.
Can I customize a design?
Absolutely! We love creating bespoke pieces. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your requirements, and our master artisans will create a custom piece for you. Custom orders typically take 10-15 days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order status in the 'My Orders' section of your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets via our secure payment gateway. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes in India.
